Cold Brew Overnight Oats

Breakfast soaked in coffee... you're welcome.



Ingredients:


1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats (I used Bob's Red Mill)

1/4 cup cold brew coffee (I used Grady's)

1/4 cup coconut milk - can also sub in oat milk or dairy free milk alternative

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon agave, or sweeten to taste


Method of Preparation:


Place all of the ingredients in a mason jar and stir to combine. Yep, that's it...


Cover and refrigerate overnight.


Top with your favorite oatmeal mix-ins. I added coconut whipped cream, chocolate covered espresso beans, cocoa powder and a raspberry oat crumble (I was feeling a bit extra that morning, what can is say...)


Enjoy this caffeinated breakfast! :)


Yield: 1 serving
