If you love Nutella and want to incorporate a bit more fiber in your diet - you need to make this granola! It is so crunchy and chocolate-y, you are going to find it tough to stop eating it! It is seriously so addicting!
I used Try Bonny Chocolate Hazelnut Dream Fiber powder to amp up the fiber content in this granola! Fiber is great for your digestive system and overall health! So if you want a yummy snack and some chocolate covered fiber - check out the recipe below and get yourself some Bonny Fiber!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut butter - I used homemade, but you can use store-bought (Fine & Raw or Artisana Organics are great brands to use!)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup gluten free rolled oats
1/4 cup Bonny Fiber (Optional, but highly recommended) - Can sub in 1/4 cup cacao powder
2 tablespoons flax seed meal
1/4 cup pepitas
1/2 cup whole hazelnuts
Pinch sea salt
Method of Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl whisk together the nut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Add the rolled oats, fiber, flax, pepitas, hazelnuts and sea salt. Stir the ingredients together until they are all evenly distributed and the oats are coated.
If the the mixture seems dry for some reason - (may differ depending on the nut butter used) add 1/4 cup more until the oats are coated and not too dry.
Spread onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 to 22 minutes, tossing the granola half way through baking.
Allow to cool completely then store in an airtight container.
ENJOY! :)
